Odysseys Surf School Bali

The Odysseys Surf School is about having fun in surfing. Away from the stress of city life and try to relax and enjoy the surfing and beach life. The school was founded in 2003 and is sponsored by Oakley and supported by the Academy of Surfing Instructors Australia. To make the difference with other surf schools their "big deal" are cute surf trips and a friendly atmosphere.
Your first lesson gives you handy hints in selecting the right board for you, and the basic know-how of body and board positioning, along with basic manoeuvres. Oddyseys offers group and private surfing lessons, and there’s even a special class for kids. Its arsenal of rash guards, helmets and soft different sized foam-lined boards help you learn ride the waves instantly and safely.
Their surf courses is suitable for beginners and intermediate level surfers between the ages of 7 and 60. No matter if you are young or old, have never surfed, or just had a few go’s at it, and you’d like to learn or/and do more, Odysseys surf school is the right school for you.

Dekom Surf School

This surf school is located on the 1st floor of Grand Inna Kuta Beach Hotel by Kuta Beach which is one of the most famous and best surf spots in Bali. This beach is recommended for all the levels from beginners to learn to surf to professional surfers for competitions.
Their surf boards on which you are learning to surf called “Soft Board”. They are made from a special soft material and have soft flexible fins. Their surf instructors choose one for each guest among the 7 to 9 feet depending on their height, weight and surf level. Several types of fun boards and short boards for experienced surfers are available to use for the surf lessons. All types of the boards are available for rent as well.

Rip Curl Surf School

They have three surf schools (Legian, Sanur, and Jimbaran). Since opening in 1998 on the beach of Seminyak, the Rip Curl School of Surf quickly gained the reputation of being the best surf school in Bali. Many years later, they learned surfing to more than 250,000 visitors, kite surfing and windsurfing. The Rip Curl School of Surf now operates from three locations, allowing the Rip Curl School of Surf and her students still the best weather conditions: in the wet or dry season.
At the Rip Curl School of Surf, the ocean is the classroom and you choose how you want to ride it. Whether it’s surfing, wakeboarding, free diving, body boarding, kite surfing, stand up paddle boarding, scuba diving or windsurfing. Their surf coaches are Surfing School Instructors trained and hold the Australian Bronze Medallion Certification for lifeguarding.
